Sega Enterprises, Ltd. v King-Wei Electronics, Inc. is a reported case in which Taiwanese clone console manufacturer King-Wei Electronics was sued by Sega Enterprises, Ltd. sometime in the late 1990s.[1]

Result
While King-Wei apparently ceased operations in April 1998[2], Sega is said to have won the lawsuit in 2000.[1]
