Tom Payne is an American artist, video game designer, Sonic scene member, and former Sega Technical Institute stage and enemy artist, most known for his development work on the Mega Drive action platform game Sonic the Hedgehog 2.
Career
During his time with the Sonic scene, Payne has contributed several production materials, concept art, and sketches from the development of Sonic the Hedgehog 2 (specifically with the assistance of scene members ICEknight, InstantSonic, and Tweaker.)
