{{stub}}'''''Sega Video Magazine''''' (セガビデオマガジン) is a series of VHS cassettes distributed in Japan to promote Sega hardware and software, as well as other Sega-related offers or promotions in Japan at the time.

Primarily ''Sega Video Magazine'' cassettes promote then-upcoming games for Sega consoles, starting with the [[Sega Mega Drive]], [[Sega Mega-CD]] and [[Sega Game Gear]] in 1993 before extending support to the [[Sega 32X]] and [[Sega Saturn]]. By 1996 only the Saturn was seeing coverage as the aforementioned systems were no longer being supported. Some Sega Video Magazine cassettes offer interviews with developers, and all are interspersed with television advertisments, much like print magazines. Cassettes were usually released monthly, with the content lasting roughly half an hour.

The series ran from August 1993 to September 1998, ending around the time of the [[Sega Dreamcast]]'s launch. During 1997 it became known as '''''Sega Saturn Video Magazine''''' (セガサターンビデオマガジン) though the format remained largely the same.

As ''Sega Video Magazine'' worked almost exclusively with unfinished games, the vast majority of footage originates from prototype versions of software (as well as, in rare cases, unreleased games). Later tapes used repurposed footage from ''[[Megalopolis: Tokyo City Battle]]'' for opening and closing segments.
