View source for GetEarliestRelease

I changed this template so instead of using a looped template (which the wiki didn't like), it outputs data to a simple string, which is saved as the "cargoResult" variable. The problem is StringFunctions always thinks this string is blank, so it can't read the years from it. There's no consideration for unreleased games, which just show up as ?
