Ivan Stewart's Super Off Road Baja 1000 is an unreleased Sega Mega Drive[1] and Sega Mega-CD[2] racing game endorsed by professional off-road racing driver Ivan Stewart. A sequel to the original 1989 arcade game Super Off Road, it was scheduled to be published by Williams Entertainment alongside a Super Nintendo version (Super Off Road: The Baja) in November 1994[1]. Ultimately, only the latter would ever be released (albeit published by Williams' predecessor, Tradewest), with the Mega Drive version being cancelled for unknown reasons.

History

Ivan Stewart's Super Off Road Baja 1000 was featured at Summer CES 1994.[2] While its publisher was initially listed as Tradewest[1], that company was merged into Williams Entertainment, who assumed the game's planned publishing duties.[2]
