Last Action Hero was a planned Sega Mega-CD game[3][4] based on the 1993 film of the same name.

Unlike the Sega Mega Drive and Sega Game Gear versions of the game, this Mega-CD version was being developed by Psygnosis[1] and would have used similar technology to the Mega-CD version of Bram Stoker's Dracula, using pre-rendered FMV backgrounds created on Silicon Graphics workstations. The game was set to be a beat-'em-up with three playable characters.

Despite being previewed in some gaming magazines[5] the project was quietly cancelled at some point during 1993 or 1994.
