For years the company both operated local arcades and distributed consumer video games, however in October 2021 the amusement side of the business was transferred to a Taiwanese subsidiary of Genda, similarly to the Japanese amusement business. The remains became Sega Taiwan, which the company had been trading as for several years prior.
