Sega Total Solutions (STS) are a division within Sega responsible for technical support and repair of Sega (and several third party) arcade cabinets. It was founded in February 2007, and work alongside Sega Amusements Europe.
Based in the UK, they are currently the only official supplier of spare parts to Sega machines, and claim to be able to fix Sega Chihiro, Sega Lindbergh and Triforce hardware as well as Sega Rally 3 (which runs on Sega Europa-R hardware). They also have a selection of replacement arcade manuals dating back to the mid-1990s.
