RetroDrive (formerly known as GENSX and VEGAS) was the first public SEGA 32X emulator, programmed by Tim Meekins. Of course it features SEGA Mega Drive/Genesis emulation too. It doesn't need BIOS images for 32X emulation since release 5. It has fairly good compatibility and good sound emulation too.
