HivePal is a Mega Drive palette editor written by Hivebrain in Delphi. It can edit both ROMs and separate palette files (such as those found in disassemblies) with an easy-to-use color menu. HivePal also includes a palette browser, which can be used to visually search for palettes in a ROM. The browser is incomplete and has a number of minor bugs.
