PCXpal is a Windows-based pallet conversion tool written by Hivebrain. The current version is 4.0. Previous versions were DOS-based.
It can import pallets from BMP files, PCX files, GIF files, savestates, Jasc pallets and Tile Layer Pro pallets. The colours are then displayed in a menu, and the user can choose which pallet lines to export into Jasc, Tile Layer Pro or raw Megadrive pallets.
