IBM PC version
The IBM PC Altered Beast seems to have been built with EGA graphics in mind. Despite having an extra 240 colours to choose from, the VGA option simply substitutes a few colours to make skin tones and the like more natural - the title screen is almost identical to its EGA counterpart.
