Sega Saturn Senryaku Happyoukai (セガサターン 戦略発表会) was a presentation given by Sega of Japan on November 8th, 1996[1].
Several announcements were made on this day, including Sega Saturn ports of Last Bronx and Virtua Fighter 3, as well as the unveiling of Fighters Megamix[2].
