Midway Games West, Inc. was a company owned by WMS Industries, following the acquisition and subsequent merger of Atari Games and Time Warner Interactive (formerly Tengen).

While trading under the Midway brand, Midway Games West was a separate company to Midway Games, although the latter usually published products on behalf of the former.
