Axes Art Amuse (アクシズ アート アミューズ), often stylized as AXëS, is a Japanese video game developer which primarily specialized in the Nintendo Super Famicom.

"Axes" is a pun on the pronunciation of the English word "access".

Company

Originally founded as the development division of Japanese company Hecto, Axes separated from its parent company in October 1992, and was soon formally incorporated the following month.[1] The company developed a number of titles for the Sega Saturn, and currently produces applications for mobile phones.[1]
