This teeny-tiny article needs some work. You can help us by expanding it.
NineKolor is a very simple utility that allows one to see the RGB values of each pixel in a specific image. It gives both decimal and hexadecimal values. You can either load an existing picture or paste something from the clipboard. Then you get the RGB values simply moving the mouse here and there.
