PVR Viewer is a graphics file viewer written in 2003 by Korama. It can open PVR texture files for viewing, and export them losslessly to PNG (which will preserve the alpha channel), as well as to BMP and JPEG formats. It can also browse PVM archives for PVRs and open them individually.
PVR and PVM formats were used extensively in Sega Dreamcast games.
