Wing Commander II: Vengeance of the Kilrathi is a sequel to Wing Commander. It was originally released in 1991 for the IBM PC.
A Sega Mega Drive version was planned, but cancelled. Origin Systems publicised the port to retailers in 1994, but seemingly shelved the project early on in development. A Super NES version, thought to be in production at around the same time, was also cancelled the following year, though more effort appears to have gone into that version.
The game may have appeared in some form at the Winter CES 1994 event, with publishing duties given to Electronic Arts.
