Artoon (アートゥーン) was an independent games company, founded on 27 August 1999 by Naoto Ohshima. The company consisted of 40 employees, and is best known for Blinx (Xbox) and Pinobee (Game Boy Advance) games.

Artoon was acquired by Cavia in 2004, and became a subsidiary of AQ Interactive after its creation in 2005. It was merged into the AQ Interactive business in August 2011.
