Thunder Storm & Road Blaster (サンダーストーム＆ロードブラスター) is a Sega Saturn compilation containing Thunder Storm LX-3 (Cobra Command) and Road Blaster (Road Avenger, Road Prosecutor). Both had previously been released on the Sega Mega CD, among other consoles.
