The Total Control 5 is a third-party Sega Dreamcast accessory manufactured by EMS.
It is the most radical of the "Total Control" series, being a converter for PC keyboards and mice obeying the PS/2 standard. There is no support for saving, but the same can be said for the official Dreamcast Keyboard and Dreamcast Mouse.
