Mastertronic Group, Ltd. was a publisher if PC games in the United Kingdom. Formed as a result of a merger between The Producers and Sold Out Sales & Marketing (Sold Out Software), it traded as Mastertronic, having acquired the name from Sega in 2003.
It is completely unrelated to the original Mastertronic which eventually became Sega Europe in 1991, though wound up publishing several re-releases of Sega's games in the 2000s under its Mastertronic Added Dimension (MAD) and PC Gamer Presents labels.
