Localisation comparisons
Game Gear version
The Western versions include a ™ symbol next to the Sega logo.
Master System version
The Japanese version shows a Sega Mark III logo when the game boots.

Player select
Player select is not possible in the master system version.
Stage start
The Master System version changed the round 1's spaceship (which is actually from the round 2), while the other ones are not shown. The Game Gear one does not show any spaceship before the round starts.
Gameplay
The Master System version does not have a scrolling camera.

The X68000 version is the only port to keep the background from the Arcade version during the boss fight.
