Irwin Toy Limited was a Canadian toy distributor and manufacture established in Toronto, Ontario in 1926. It was originally established by Sam and Beatrice Irwin, but was passed down through the generations until becoming bankrupt in 2003 thanks to competition from American firms establishing ground in Canadian soil. It now operates as itoys inc., having been bought by George and Peter Irwin.
Though they are mostly remembered for distributing kids toys, they were also the sole distributor of the Sega Master System, accessories and games within Canada.
