Patrick "Pat" S. Feely is an American businessman and former Tonka President of Tonka Products, known for his work overseeing the launch of the American Master System with Sega of America, and for his work with Sega's Radica Games handhelds.

Career

Patrick Feely began his career at RCA Corporation in 1970. He then became an executive at Mattel Toys from 1977 to 1982, then at Tonka, Inc. from 1982 to 1988. He served as president of the Tonka Products Division, and managed the American launch of the Master System.

In 1988 he left Tonka to start his own toy company, Toy Soldiers, Inc., whose video game division DreamWorks published a number of titles for the Genesis from 1990 to 1991.

In 1991, Toy Soldiers, Inc. was acquired and merged into Bandai America; Feely served as its president until 1992. He then joined Spectrum HoloByte, where he served as president and CEO from 1993 to 1995, and subsequently joined Radica.[1]
