Magic: The Gathering: Battlemage is a real-time strategy game based on the Magic: The Gathering universe. A Sega Saturn version was planned and advertised in North Amerca, but was cancelled for unknown reasons.

This is the second Magic: The Gathering game to be announced for the Saturn, following the subtitle-less Magic: The Gathering which also went unreleased. Aside from sharing the same license, the two games are not connected and were developed and published by different companies.
