Ransei no Hasha (乱世の覇者) is a 1991 strategy game by SystemSoft for the NEC PC-98 and the second game in their Tenka Touitsu series of strategy games, whose first entry was released in 1989. Asmik ported it to the Sega Mega Drive in 1991. No version has left Japan.
