This teeny-tiny article needs some work. You can help us by expanding it.

The SG Fighter is a third-party flight stick for the Sega Mega Drive, originally released by QuickJoy.

There are several slight variants of the SG Fighter, many of whom were sold to home computer users. It is unknown at this stage whether these other variants are also compatible with the Mega Drive.
