The Replace-A-Pad Controller (#4220) is a third-party controlled for the Sega Mega Drive, created by Doc's. It is a simple three button controller with turbo features. It also have a backside switch that turn on/off Slow Mode. Some variations have a headphone jack and additional plug for original Mega Drive consoles. There are two models of Replace-A-Pad Controller exist. The Replace-A-Pad Controller #4220 shares a similar shell with Replace-A-Pad Controller #4222 which have no additional turbo buttons and switches.
