VGA

Users with less powerful video cards drew the short straw with Space Harrier, as rather than re-drawing the art to better fit the simpler cards, EGA and CGA users get what seems to be VGA assets rendered with fewer colours. The result is passable for EGA, but CGA looks like an afterthought.
