Cogwheel is a Sega Master System, Game Gear, SG-1000 and ColecoVision emulator for Windows written by Ben Ryves. The most recent version was released on 5 January 2009. The emulator requires the SlimDX graphics library to function, and the latest version is only available as an installer.
