32 Xtreme is an unreleased Sega 32X sports game. It was cancelled alongside the system, the only remnants of its existence being blurry photograps of the "wipeout" jet ski section (and some preliminary cover art). It was likely developed in-house by Sega.

The game was set to include four extreme sports; "Parking Garage Roller-Hockey", "Building-Top Ultimate Frisbee", "Watercraft Football" and "Paintball Snow-Boarding"[1].
