Facening Scan (フェイスニングスキャン) is a video game accessory released for the Nintendo DS that recognizes the player's face. This accessory was never released outside Japan.

The device plugs into the Game Boy Advance slot of original DS and DS Lite systems, meaning it is incompatible with the newer Nintendo DSi range or the Nintendo 3DS.

Only two games were made to use the accessory: Nintendo's Facening de Hyoujou Yutaka ni Inshou Up: Otona no DS Kao Training (that was later released in Europe as a DSi-only Game Card and on Japanese DSiWare) and Sega's Shiseido Beauty Solution Kaihatsu Center Kanshuu: Project Beauty, both of which, were aimed at adult women.
