This short article is in need of work. You can help Sega Retro by adding to it.
Megadrive (1994, DOS) was the very first project trying to emulate the Sega Mega Drive programmed mainly by Steve Riddle. However, it was stopped due to a hard disk crash.
It is very buggy, has layer, image and scrolling issues, doesn't perform very well and doesn't have any sound emulation. However, it was quite impressive for its time.
