This might be neigh-on impossible. Don't know if you don't test the waters

Game Gear

Mega Drive

"Japan style"

"Western style"

though not really because it has the cartridge lock

Style A

Solid colour background (usually white), cover images, chinese/english text. These have shown up across the world.

2 in 1
4 in 1

Style B

"Overlord style" - orangey-yellowy-greeny gradients. Bottom set have Bxxx codes.

Style C

Black checkerboard. May not all be related but whatever.

Style D

Late 80s Mega Drive covers. Usually uses words as opposed to numbers (though not all the time!).

Style E

ZW-xxx product codes. I think these might be Taiwanese programmed stuff manufactured in Argentina around the turn of the millennium. Could be hundreds.

Style F

Mostly text, image in bottom right corner.

Stand-alones

These seem unique. I don't know if they are, but they're not designs that are turning up that often.

Everything else/can't remember

New-ish Russian Carts

These are, I guess "post-internet", so they don't really have the same appeal to me. But for someone else who might care:

p.s. if anyone wants to tackle this noise

http://telekit.ru/price/pr03871_220.htm

follow the lists to the end. One or two are mislabled.

Master System

don't get many of these
