Sangokushi V (三國志Ⅴ), likely known as Romance of the Three Kingdoms V had it been released in the west, is an RPG in the Sangokushi series released for the Sega Saturn in 1996. It is the direct sequel to Sangokushi IV.
An unlicensed version named San Guo Zhi V was brought to the Sega Mega Drive by SKOB.
