Champion Baseball II is the sequel to Champion Baseball developed and released by ADK in 1983. Sega brought the game to the US as Champion Base Ball Part-2: Pair Play (whether or not this is the situation with the Japanese versions is unknown because they are not properly emulated in MAME).
Champion Baseball II was not ported to home systems and is not thought to have had the same success as its predecessor. A further sequel, Super Champion Baseball, was released in 1989 but Sega was not involved in that release.
