Popeye the Sailor Man is an unreleased Genesis game based on the franchise of the same name. It was developed by Technos simultaneously with a different Popeye game for the Super NES (which was released in Japan) and Popeye's Beach Volley for the Game Gear, but cancelled for unknown reasons.
Popeye appeared at Winter CES 1994 and was covered by several publications. No prototypes have been found.
