Shuichi Katagi is a programmer and technical director employed by Sega from the '80s until the mid '90s. He would later become affiliated with cavia and AQ Interactive (present-day Marvelous AQL Inc.) .

Common colleagues include Makoto Oshitani and Yoji Ishii.
