City Heroes was a game inspired by the likes of Streets of Rage, and was developed by the same team behind Uzu Keobukseon for Samsung. The game was reportedly completed, and Samsung had plans to distribute the game worldwide, but confusion regarding South Korea's new censorship policies meant the game was never released.
