Chiki Chiki Machine Mou Race (チキチキマシン猛レース) is an arcade medal game released by Sega. It is based on the 1960s cartoon show, Wacky Races (Chiki Chiki Machine Mou Race in Japan).

Gameplay

The game is thought to be largely the same as Sega's horse racing medal games from the late 1980s and early 1990s (that is to say up to eight players gamble on a vehicle, rather than control one themselves). As such there are only six racers represented from the original eleven (despite others featuring in art on the machine itself):

  • 00: Dick Dastardly and Muttley in the Mean Machine
  • 1: The Slag Brothers in the Boulder Mobile
  • 5: Penelope Pitstop in the Compact Pussycat
  • 6: Sergeant Blast and Private Meekly in the Army Surplus Special
  • 7: The Ant Hill Mob in the Bulletproof Bomb
  • 9: Peter Perfect in the Turbo Terrific
