It had it's first Alpha test on December 2, 2022 at 1PM PST/4PM EST and ran until the same time on December 4, 2022.[2] The game's first Beta test began at 3PM BST on August 31, 2023 and ran until 9AM BST on September 11, 2023 [3] until it was extended to September 15, 2023.[4] Both were held through Steam.

On September 28, 2023, Sega put out a press release that game had been canceled.[5]
