Bouken Roman (冒険浪漫, also referred as ぼうけんろまん) is an action game, originally developed and published by SystemSoft for the PC-8801 computers. The company also released a version for MSX1 computers in the same year. A sequel to the game was planned to be released on the Famicom by Imagineer, but it was cancelled.
The MSX version received an unlicensed port for the Sega Master System in South Korea, appearing only in the Super Multi Game: Super 125 in 1 multicart. This version included in the cart was already pirated by Screen, a popular MSX piracy brand, before being converted to the Master System, in 1987. The kanji in the title screen and mentions of SystemSoft were also removed.
