Bandai America Inc. was the American production and licensing division of Japanese entertainment conglomerate Bandai, established in 1978 to give the company a local foothold in the United States market.

In March 2022, Bandai America was merged with Bandai Namco Collectibles to form Bandai Namco Toys and Collectibles America,[1] a company which still exists to this day.
