Atlus Dream Entertainment was a North American venture created to sell Print Club machines in the United States, following its success in Japan. Atlus held a majority share, however Sega (creators of the underlying hardware) and other investors were involved.
Despite high hopes, the Print Club business was not profitable Stateside, and after defaulting on their debts, the company merged into Atlus' US operations in 2003.
