There are a PAL version. Box is slightly different, and in France the manual is totally in french with the Ballistic's after-sales service adress in UK. The cartridge seems to be the same as Genesis version. A Ballistic's 1991 advertising in magazines shows the differents Ballistic games saled in France and Star Control is present.
