Wakai Chikara (若い力) which roughly translates as "youthful power" is the official corporate anthem of Sega. Since 1991, new employees of Sega of Japan have been given a CD-ROM containing the theme.

While virtually unknown to the outside world, the theme has made it into the public consciousness in Segagaga and as the outro music to the anime Hi-sCoool! SeHa Girls.
