Mega Drive has a "Cartridges" section, so this could be used instead (somewhere, somehow).

This section looks different for each console page. Also, sometimes it's a sub-section of "Hardware", sometimes it isn't...
In my opinion, it makes more sense to be make it a sub-section; with some headings like:
