Jessica Padkin is a British employee of Sega Europe where she worked as a tester and is currently a producer. She also had nine pictures published in Fleetway's Sonic the Comic during the 1990s. ("They were all awful, and I stole the poses from Garfield comics for most of them," Padkin later commented.)
