Realtec
From Sega Retro
Realtec was a publisher of unlicensed Sega Mega Drive games in the 1990s. Of note, they published all of the AV artisan games, making them one of the only unlicensed publishers in the US during the Mega Drive's market life. However, they also published the three AV artisan games in Taiwan, as well as publishing one Taiwanese-exclusive game.
All their games use a special mapper first described by TascoDLX; here is the technical description mirrored by Sik. To date, only Kega Fusion emulates the mapper.
